Norwegian gunman broadcast massacre plan on YouTube

Anders Behring Breivik, 32, who claims responsibility for the double Norway attacks, allegedly uploaded a 1,518-page manifesto and YouTube video hours before the killing started. The Norwegian people are now questioning why it took 90 minutes for the police to arrive at the youth camp Breivik attacked on Utoeya island, even though the shooting was reported as soon as it began.
