Oslo bomb explosion wrecks govt offices, two dead

At least two people have been killed and 15 are confirmed injured after a bomb ripped through a government building in central Oslo. The blast occured at a 17-story building that houses the Norwegian Prime Minister's office as well as other important ministries.
