Philippines death toll rises

By 0200GMT on Sunday the number of dead in the Philippines typhoon disaster was put at 436 and rising.
The bodies were arriving at this local mortuary in truckloads.
There's still no clear idea how many people are still missing since the storm hit the island of Mindanao late on Friday.
Iligan city Mayor Lawrence Cruz says entire houses were washed into the sea.
SOUNDBITE: Iligan city Mayor Lawrence Cruz saying (English):
"For me, this is the worst. Everywhere, you see places that before have been occupied by so many houses, now all of them have been washed away. All the trees have been uprooted. Even the bridge is swept away."
About 100, 000 have been forced from their homes by the disaster.
An aid operation is already underway to help the survivors.
Aid workers say they're particularly concerned about children who've been separated from their parents.
Philippine President Benigno Aquino is due to visit the affected area after Christmas.
He's ordered a review of disaster plans in the hope of averting such tragedies in the future.
