Iceland referendum "No" upsets UK, Netherlands

British and Dutch savers lost around 5 billion euros in savings when Landsbanki collapsed in late 2008 during the global financial crisis. Britain and the Netherlands compensated savers and are now looking to Iceland for repayment of the money.
