Dozens feared killed in Afghanistan blasts

Dozens of people are reported to have been killed in separate bomb attacks in Afghansitan. Around 30 were said to have died in a suicide attack on a Shi'ite festival at a shrine in Kabul. An official said a large number of people were injured and that the death toll was expected to rise.
