Dozens killed in Baghdad blasts

Destruction on the streets of Baghdad.
At least 29 people were killed on Thursday as four blasts tore through the Iraqi capital.
Two of the explosions struck in the Shi'ite suburb of Kadhimya.
Iraq is still plagued by a deadly Sunni Muslim insurgency and Shi'ite militias nearly nine years after the U.S. led invasion that ousted Saddam Hussein.
One eyewitness here said the violence was due to those vying for power.
(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) EYEWITNESS RAZZAQ SAHEB:
"Blood is being shed freely. Who is to blame? Who is responsible for this? We hold those who fight for power and authority responsible for this. They have to sit and have dialogue to solve the problems plaguing the country of everyone will be drowned and all fall into the abyss."
A further two blasts struck the impoverished Sadr City slum in the capital, also a mainly Shi'ite area.
One bomb was planted on a parked motorcycle and the other was a roadside device which went exploded nearby.
Scores were left injured by the deadly explosions.
