Germany's Baltic Sea coast is a popular travel destination and seafood features prominently on the menu of the region's many resorts. Chef Pierre Nippkow from the "Gourmet" restaurant in Dierhagen likes to give traditional recipes a modern spin. For euromaxx he cooks up locally caught zander fish with grilled cucumber, wild herbs and bread chips.
