Severe Flooding in Vietnam Kills at Least 31

Floods in central Vietnam kill at least 31 and nearly 80,000 people have been forced from their homes. More rain is in the forecast from a tropical storm expected to hit the country in a couple of days.
Flooding from torrential rain kills at least 31 people in central Vietnam.
33 people are also missing in a region recovering from devastating floods just a week ago.
In those floods 66 people died while 17 were left missing.
Many returning arrived home only to be evacuated again.
80 thousand people have been displaced so far.
State-run TV showed rescue boats pulling people from their flooded homes along with delivering aid.
The raging water also took out roads and swept away a bus carrying 37 passengers-- 20 are still missing.
Landslides also destroyed roads and rail lines, cutting the country in half.
The storm season lasts through October -- so far around 200 people have died.
More heavy rain is predicted as tropical storm Megi is expected to hit the country in the next couple of days.
