Pacific oyster farmers see global warming in poor harvest

After the BP oil spill spoiled the seafood harvest in the Gulf of Mexico, restaurants have been seeking to source oysters from other parts of the United States, including the Pacific Northwest. But farmers of the Pacific oyster are hard-pressed to fill the demand.
