LEBANON - HARIRI: Rafik Hariri was killed in February 2005. Many here and abroad blamed Syria, which denies responsibility. Five years on, the investigation continues and last year, the Special Tribunal for Lebanon opened its doors.Yet there are still no formal charges. A delay partly explained by the nature of the crime.
