Bilaspur – In Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur, a late-night birthday celebration on August 7 turned chaotic when 10-12 youths blocked a road outside Galaxy Apartment, cutting a cake on a Bullet bike and bursting firecrackers, disrupting traffic for 20 minutes. Police arrived, seized the bike, arrested 10 boys, and paraded them publicly before making them apologise and pledge not to repeat the act. They were booked under BNS Sections 126(2), 285, and 3(5).
