In this video, we focus on our two largest djembe drums. The first is a classic, hand-painted, rope-tied African drum with a goat skin hide—I'll demonstrate its sound and how to play it. The second is an extra-large Indonesian djembe made from certified sustainable wood, offering deep resonance and pro-level quality.

00:00So we do have some smaller djembe drums, but today we are going to be looking at our two largest ones.
00:06So this one is a hand-painted wooden drum from Africa.
00:12It's actually classic, it's rope tied, carved at the bottom, and it has a hide skin on top.
00:21This is how it sounds.
00:22It has great resonance, everything that you'd expect from a professional djembe drum.
00:40Just to give you an idea of how it sounds.
00:42And then this one is an Indonesian drum, I'm not sure what type of wood it's made from,
00:48but it is extremely heavy and it's very tribal.
00:52It has got an Indonesian legal wood certification.
00:57Again, it's rope tied.
00:59You can tune these drums, I'm not exactly sure how to do it.
01:03I'm no drum expert, but you can see how big this drum is and the resonance is incredible.
01:18Very, very loud, going to definitely annoy the neighbours with this one.
01:29Anyway, that is our largest djembe drums.
