00:06:34Conan finally interceding and saying that Eddie Guerrero is taking advantage of the members of the Latino World Order.
00:06:40I think we've just barely seen the beginnings of that situation.
00:06:44Had an opportunity to speak with Rey Mysterio Jr. earlier this evening.
00:06:48And coming back off that knee injury, you see the brace on the left knee of Rey Jr.
00:06:53He wanted to make sure that he lets everyone know that he has his sights firmly set on regaining the WCW World's Cruiserweight Championship currently held by Kidman.
00:07:03You know what I've never understood, all these members of the LWO, they're all grown men.
00:07:07They all have a right to make a decision.
00:07:09None of Conan's business, what Eddie Guerrero's doing if he's taking advantage of these grown men.
00:07:14They're not their grown men.
00:07:15They can make their own decisions.
00:07:17I think many of them have been associated with Conan for so long that Conan's taking it personally.
00:07:23Well, he shouldn't.
00:07:25Well, maybe he shouldn't, but he is.
00:07:27And now Rey Mysterio Jr.
00:07:29hammering Psychosis, sending Rey in a spectacular move by Rey.
00:07:34And he meets the face of Psychosis with the soul of his boot.
00:07:39And look at that spectacular balance.
00:07:41Up on top, head scissor takeover.
00:07:44Just snapped off that Frankensteiner and sent Psychosis out to the floor.
00:07:48Let me lay this on you guys.
00:07:50We talk about the possibilities coming up in World War III where one man will win three rings, 60 men,
00:07:56the most dangerous battle royale of them all, with at the end of the rope, not only winning World War III,
00:08:01but a chance to face the world champion who is now Goldberg.
00:08:06And the way things stand, more than likely will be Goldberg coming up at Stargate.
00:08:10Could a guy like Rey Mysterio, a high flyer, win this thing?
00:08:13Now, let's not forget, he's been in him before, and he has stayed almost to the bitter end before.
00:08:18Been one of the top competitors in years past.
00:08:21The conditions, though, that are involved in World War III, just so dangerous.
00:08:25I mean, a one-ring battle royal is crazy enough, but now multiply that times three.
00:08:30Three rings and 60 men. What an environment that is.
00:08:33And all 60 of those men all want that opportunity to become the heavyweight champion of the world.
00:08:38They also want that opportunity to say,
00:08:40I'm the one that beat Goldberg.
00:08:43I'm the one that is gonna become heavyweight champion of the world.
00:08:47I would venture to say more than half, maybe two-thirds of those 60,
00:08:51would never get another title shot, maybe.
00:08:53Maybe not down the road, but not, you know, I mean, some of them are rookies,
00:08:58obviously, in the early formative years of their career.
00:09:01And this is a chance to go for the gold.
00:09:04I mean, guys are gonna go at it with reckless abandon.
00:09:06There's no question about that.
00:09:08You know, in this match, Tony, there will be wrestlers in there who have held titles before.
00:09:11Sure.
00:09:12And World's titles.
00:09:13This means a lot more to them than it does to the younger men, maybe.
00:09:16They've been there before.
00:09:17They've tasted it.
00:09:18They know what the money's involved, and it's just one heck of a fight.
00:09:22It's one of the keys to World War III that careers can be made in one night.

00:09:27Oh, slingshot by Psychosis.
00:09:29Extends the leg and connects with the leg drop on the floor.
00:09:32Just absolutely no give to that concrete floor when he comes off the top and over the top rope with that leg.

00:09:42That's gotta take a tremendous amount of toll on the base of that spine
00:09:47because the man was laying on the ground, but it was Psychosis coming off the top.
00:09:51He covers the man, but Rey Mysterio Jr. escapes in a two count here.
00:09:55You know, it's not always the biggest man in a battle royal that wins it.
00:09:59Usually the biggest man everybody focuses on and goes for and tries to eliminate him.
00:10:03It's usually the average size guy, a guy about 5'10 to 6'1", about 230 to 260.
00:10:09That's the kind of a guy that usually wins it.
00:10:11It's conditioning, and believe me, gentlemen, a lot of luck is involved here.
00:10:14A look in at a member of the LWO.
00:10:18There he is, Psychosis, with a rear chin lock on Rey Mysterio Jr.
00:10:22Well, we've talked extensively about the LWO, but let's not forget the basis for
00:10:27the formation of the Latino World Order was one man, Eric Bischoff.
00:10:32And his actions towards Juan and Guerrero.
00:10:35And Eric Bischoff also instrumental now in the actions of the Horseman.
00:10:41Now, say what you want to about Bischoff, and we usually do, rightfully so.
00:10:45But Bischoff, even though he's in charge and he sent us the videotape that we had
00:10:49to play tonight of Ric Flair and Hollywood Hogan from Halloween Havoc four years ago.
00:10:54But Bischoff has made things happen.
00:10:57A lot of them have been on a negative basis.
00:10:59If you're a Horseman fan, and certainly if you're a Guerrero fan, but he has made things happen.
00:11:05And he has the ire, the dander up of many, many wrestlers worldwide, guys.
00:11:09Well, to hear Arn Anderson talk about it earlier, let the men do the fighting.
00:11:14The ball is more or less in the court of Eric Bischoff.
00:11:17Eric, you have your finger on the button, and let's hope that he pushes it,
00:11:21because I would love to see the NWO and the four horsemen collide.
00:11:25Good go-behind by Mysterio, showing his quickness. He's just abundantly quick.

00:11:37And he was caught by the much bigger man, Psychosis.

00:11:54Then it's the quickness of Ray Jr. as he counters.

00:12:03You love seeing this. I know high-risk maneuvers take their toll on athletes.
00:12:08Just ask Mysterio and the knee injuries he's sustained.
00:12:11But you love to see it. It is great wrestling on TV.
00:12:14A kick right into the sternum area that time by Psychosis.
00:12:19Not only that, we've touched on this before, but the familiarity with these two athletes.
00:12:22They know each other quite well. Face first.
00:12:25And what we're seeing here, here's a cover. Two, no.
00:12:29Was what Eddie Guerrero, one of the reasons he formed the LWO anyway,
00:12:34to prevent the luchadors from wrestling each other.
00:12:37He felt, he may be right about this, that Bischoff is only putting luchador against luchador.
00:12:43And therefore, the luchador is not able to progress to win titles in WCW.
00:12:49He may have a point there, and I hate to agree with him, but if you look at the history, he may be right.
00:12:54I hear a different rumor.

00:12:57I hear rumor is he's recruiting all these luchadors to watch his back.
00:13:01Because, well, when you make a lot of enemies, you've got to have people watch your back.

00:14:41It was a combination of inspiration as well as distraction on the part of the Latino world order.

01:00:39but it proved the point that we have been driving home for so long that anybody can be racked,

01:00:50We know that he can accomplish that task.
01:00:52We know that Lex Lugar can put the largest athlete in pro sports up on his back in the torture rack.

01:01:06because he wanted to get his hands on Bret Hart for Sting.

01:01:20So Lugar, this is truly, fans, a super heavyweight matchup.

01:01:29And what Bret Hart did at Halloween Havoc, hitting Sting in the back four times with a ball back,
