00:11Within the framework of the Plan for Absolute Productive Independence, the conditions and
00:15perspectives of the hydrocarbons engine were analyzed.
00:19This plan, created in March, was the response to the ratification of the sanctions imposed
00:23by Washington against Caracas.
00:25On this matter, the consulting firm Oxford Economics has hastened to rectify some of
00:31its forecasts for the country, sparing that the return of Chevron will give a boost to
00:35the national currency and the oil production.
00:38The government also determined that with effort and joint strategies with allied countries,
00:44its results will be increasingly positive.
