Transcript
00:00Nice to see you.
00:03We've had a great weekend.
00:06And we, as you know, we made our deal with the European Union.
00:12The Japan deal is done.
00:15Many of the other deals are done.
00:18Indonesia was a very big deal, big country actually.
00:21And they're wonderful, hopefully wonderful for both sides.
00:26But it's literally trillions of dollars ultimately being brought into our country.
00:32And it was something that had to be done.
00:35And it is being done, and it's being done properly.
00:38We're now negotiating with various other countries.
00:41And the rest we're just sending out the bill, too.
00:45We send a bill, we send a letter saying that you'll pay a certain tariff.
00:50Obviously, that's most of them because you have, as you know, hundreds of countries,
00:55a lot of countries out there.
00:57So we look at the deficit or we look at the surplus.
01:02And we look at the country and how the country has treated us.
01:05And lots of other things go into the equation.
01:08And we make a decision as to what that tariff will be.
01:12And it's a pretty standard letter from that point on.
01:16And I want to tell you this is something to me.
01:19It's a VA bill.
