Speaking to reporters on Air Force One, President Trump responded to UK PM Keir Starmer's backing of a Palestinian state if a ceasefire is not reached.

00:05On Gaza, Sakir Starmer has just announced the UK will recognize Palestinian sovereignty in September.

00:11If Israel does not commit to a ceasefire, ease the suffering in Gaza,

00:15and commit to a long-term solution that would deliver the two-state solution in the Middle East.

00:19Did you know that was coming? What is your response?

00:21We never discussed it, surprisingly. It was never really discussed.

00:25Maybe a little bit at the news conference, but he was sort of discussing it with you.

00:29We never did discuss it. And we have no view on that.
