00:00Denise Richards says her estranged husband has violated the restraining order that she
00:04got against him, and she's also demanding the return of her laptop, which she says she's
00:10accusing Aaron Pfeipers of stealing and then revealing the contents of some of those, what
00:16he got off the laptop, which would be text messages with the guy that she allegedly had
00:22this affair with, including some nude photos, which have also come out, and she's very upset
00:28about that, so now she thinks that that has violated the restraining order, and she wants
00:32this laptop back.
00:33Now, Aaron Pfeipers has said to us in the past that he did not steal her laptop.
00:38And he took pictures of it.
00:39Right.
00:40But she, obviously, now that he has released those text messages and released some of the
00:47photos as well.
00:48This has become a really ugly divorce, I mean, really on both sides.
00:54He filed right after the 4th of July.
00:56Something happened in the 4th of July.
00:58Right.
00:58You told us all about the argument, the fight they had on July 4th into July 5th, and
01:03he claims that Denise told his mother that she was going to file for divorce to divorce
01:09Aaron, and that's why he ran to court.
01:11We've talked about this, that it doesn't really matter who files first.
01:15It's California's a no-fall state.
01:16It just doesn't really have any...
01:18It doesn't have any...
01:19It doesn't matter to the divorce, but I think the reason Aaron brought it up, brought
01:24up the allegation that she's had this affair is because he was trying to explain what led
01:29up to their fight on July 4th, which was that she...
01:34Is accusing her of stealing his phone and destroying it because she was trying to...
01:39Because he had those photos.
01:40Devin, just help me out here.
01:42He's saying that he had the evidence of this alleged affair on his phone and she wanted
01:49to destroy it.
01:50Yeah, so that's why he believes she smashed up his phone on the 4th of July.
01:54And so now with her saying, basically she's saying he violated the restraining order, right,
01:59by stealing her laptop and then giving the media the images that were on the laptop.
02:05He's saying, I never stole your laptop.
02:08We were living together at the time.
02:10So the laptop, everything they had was like their property together.
02:14And the images he took on his own phone.
02:18So he's saying he, those are his photos and that he never stole the laptop.
02:22Aaron actually gave us a statement responding to the allegation that he had stolen her laptop.
02:28He said, I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole
02:33Denise's laptop or cell phones.
02:35These claims are being weaponized to damage my reputation.
02:39And what's ultimately, you know, fascinating about this is none of this has anything to
02:45do with the divorce itself.
02:46This is PR for both of them.
02:48Yep.
02:48They're waging a PR war before they even get to the actual divorce war, which I'm sure will
02:53be just as heated.
02:54Hi, this is Susan from Palm Springs, California.
02:57And this divorce between Aaron and Denise is just getting messier and messier.
03:02And if Aaron did take her laptop, then he is violating that restraining order.
03:06And it's just downright dirty if he did take it.
03:09Yeah.
03:09And again, he's saying he didn't.
03:10He's saying he just took pictures of it.
03:12So again, this damage has been done.
03:15The divorce is, you know, unless they actually end up having a trial over spousal support,
03:20there's going to be no trial because there's no kids or anything like that.
03:23Right.
03:23They don't have kids together.
03:24So this is just property split.
03:26Right.
