00:29have during high heat periods gotten you know notes from your energy provider telling you to try to limit how much electricity you are using in your home because of the strain on the grid also poor air quality can happen from these increased temperatures and around these times but pets you got to keep them in mind as well so let's talk a little bit more about heat related illness first the signs to look out for heavy sweating is one of the first signs you're going to notice but then you might start to feel
00:59dizzy you might start to feel fatigued might notice your heart rate is high you have a rapid pulse and muscle cramps now these are signs that you need to take action you need to get in the shade you need to get inside if you can and cool down however a sign that you need to call 911 and seek medical attention immediately is something like loss of consciousness that's when this becomes a immediate health related emergency and just to give you an idea of kind of what happens here your internal temperature at 104 that's when your temperature
