Donald Trump is going after Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey and Al Sharpton after claiming they were paid to endorse Kamala Harris ... and he wants them prosecuted.
00:00Donald Trump has got Beyoncé, Oprah, and Al Sharpton in his crosshairs.
00:05He wants them prosecuted.
00:07All three of them, he wants them prosecuted.
00:10He says they have broken federal law.
00:14And he is now going after, hear me, Beyoncé, Oprah, and Al Sharpton.
00:21So here's what he said.
00:22He said, the Democrats admit to paying, probably illegally, $11 million to singer Beyoncé for an endorsement, $3 million for expenses to Oprah, $600,000 to very low-rated TV anchor Al Sharpton.
00:42And he says a total lightweight for doing absolutely nothing.
00:46Kamala and all of those that received endorsement money broke the law.
00:52They should all be prosecuted.
00:54What he is saying is that it is illegal to pay for endorsements.
01:01And he's saying that they received this money.
01:04The problem is that Donald Trump has not backed up the evidence here.
01:10Now, there is evidence that Beyoncé did receive $165,000 for production expenses.
01:22So they're allowed to pay the campaign for production expenses connected to a rally or a concert or anything like that.
01:31But in terms of where they got this notion that Beyoncé got paid for an endorsement, and same with Oprah and Al Sharpton, there were members of MAGA who came out and they claimed it online.
01:47And Donald Trump, here's his words, quote, somebody just showed me something.
01:53They gave her $11 million.
01:55I mean, Babcock, you are a Donald Trump supporter.
02:01You cannot support this.
02:02I mean, come on.
02:03I mean, I'm not outraged by it.
02:05First of all, this is what—
02:06You're not outraged by it?
02:06About what?
02:07I mean, first of all, if they broke the law, then it doesn't matter if you're Beyoncé or anybody else.
02:14Beyoncé is not above the law.
02:15Oh, I agree.
02:16Where's the proof?
02:17Oh, no, certainly.
02:18And look, it's semantics.
02:20Look, it's not semantics.
02:22It is, because it's all about how you put it down in the ledger.
02:26Okay, everyone is clutching their pearls like, oh, Beyoncé.
02:29Like, who cares?
02:30I could not care less.
02:31If Beyoncé breaks the law, she should be prosecuted.
02:33Let me tell you why I care.
02:35Yeah.
02:35He is targeting people who didn't support him, not just railing on them, threatening them with prosecution.
02:46Oh, I get it, Harvey.
02:47But here's the thing, and I think the Democrats would be wise to really comprehend this here.
02:53This is the system that they created.
02:55They went after him.
02:56They tried to put him in prison for hundreds of years for nonsense charges that were shoehorned into being felonies.
03:03And this is what happened.
03:04January 6th?
03:05January 6th?
03:06He wasn't charged for January 6th.
03:06No, I'm saying, well, he was charged with January 6th.
03:10They dropped it.
03:11Okay, so he never went to trial for January 6th.
03:14Right, because they dropped it because he got elected.
03:16Okay.
03:16And look, I happen to agree with you.
03:19The law there needs to stop, period.
03:21I agree with you, and what they said in New York, you know, the whole idea with the Stormy Daniels, I happen to agree with you on that.
03:29I don't agree with you on January 6th, but he is targeting Beyoncé.
03:34He is targeting James Covey.
03:35No, I don't like it.
03:36He is targeting Oprah.
03:37It's a distraction, too.
03:38He is targeting CBS.
03:39He is targeting Stephen Colbert.
03:41Okay.
03:41He is targeting Jimmy Fallon.
03:42He is targeting Jimmy Kimmel.
03:44Right.
03:44He is targeting people who oppose him.
03:48Of course.
03:48He's going to attack them back.
03:49That's the kind of guy he is.
03:50He's not a turn-the-other-cheek kind of guy.
03:52No, no, no.
03:53It's fine if he attacks him.
03:55Yeah.
03:56Not necessarily fine if he tries to leverage Paramount's merger with the firing of Stephen Colbert, if that happened.
04:03Okay.
04:03If that happened.
04:04Which I don't believe is true.
04:05I don't think there's anything to suggest it's true.
04:07I don't know.
04:07The only reason that I lean toward maybe believing it's true is that he's just going after everybody he doesn't like.
04:14Right.
04:15No, I know.
04:15We are going to talk to somebody who he doesn't like.
