00:00I would say today was a whole lot better than yesterday.

00:02Today wasn't a whole lot smoother.

00:04Why is that?

00:05You know, yesterday, you know, trying to learn the new players for today.

00:09I came in at 5.30 that morning trying to learn the playbook.

00:12So, you know, just a little nervous, you know, got off the field,

00:16had a little bit of jitters.

00:17Now today I know what to expect.

00:19I know what I need to do.

00:20I know my assignments better.

00:20So I went out there and played more free.

00:25Yeah, he definitely did.

00:27Rookie mistake.

00:28Like, my coach is on me about that.

00:31I'm going to make it up to him now.

00:34What was it like getting the pads on?

00:36How much does that kind of add to the aggressiveness of the day?

00:41I mean, that means anything, everything is on the table at this point.

00:44So bull rush, power moves, everything is on the table for me.

00:47So, you know, I like to be a physical guy and just go into somebody's chest.

00:50So it was a great day for me.

00:52Do you like loud practices?

00:54It seemed like the defense had a lot of.

00:55You got to keep the energy up on both sides, you know.

00:57That's how you have a fun practice.

00:58That's how you make the game fun.

01:00If you're out there with no energy, it's going to be a long day for anybody.

01:02So if you go out there having fun with your teammates, then it's going to be a good practice.

01:06It's not like you guys are celebrating a lot.

01:08You know, you got to celebrate each other.

01:10You know, that's the love for the game.

01:12You know, you got to celebrate your teammates.

01:14You got to celebrate your brothers whenever you do something right.

01:16And you always played with that joy.

01:19When, how long has that been part of the Marce Stewart experience?

01:23Always, you know.

01:24I mean, once you are not happy doing what you do, that's when it becomes a job.

01:29Right now, I'm just doing anything I love.

01:32How would you grade yourself on that first full-way pad of practice?

01:35Oh, I feel like it was a way better day than yesterday for sure.

01:39I would say I would give me like a C+.

01:41I did mess up on some things, though.

01:43It was some plays I left on the table for sure.

01:49How important to you is that relationship here in the early going?

01:54Oh, it's very important.

01:55You know, he's going to be my coach for hopefully my whole tenure here until I retire.

02:00You know, I'm going to be working with him day to day.

02:02He's going to make me the best player I could be in this league.
