00:00The gentleman's time has expired. Mr. LaGerfa, I just want to follow up on something. How does
00:04the Bureau distinguish between hard security initiatives and root causes programs when
00:11deciding where to allocate taxpayer resources? Mr. Chairman, thank you for that question.
00:18It's a great question. We have an annual strategic exercise in September where we
00:24look at the administration's priorities and we look at the resources that have been allocated
00:30by Congress and we make sure that the resources and the staffing that we have are in concert with
00:38the administration's priorities. And that's something that we do every year. It's yielded
00:45very good results and that will certainly continue as we go forward. Great. Thank you.
