00:10as we gather today to formally open the 20th Congress of the Republic,
00:16we do so in the predominant moment of our nation's glory.
00:21One failed good promise, but also marked by its sake.

00:32It is in the spirit that I rise today to nominate a man whose leadership has been tested, proven, and deeply felt across this chamber and beyond.
