Transcript
00:00We're here at Tramlines today and I went around to find out what artist people are
00:04most excited to see this weekend. Who are you most excited to see this weekend?
00:07The Raytons. And why is that? We've seen them before, the fab, although Everly
00:12Pregnant Brothers were equally as good. And is yours the same? Exactly the same, yes.
00:17Nice to see a Rotherham band headlining Tramlines. Exactly. International pop
00:23sensation Kira Mary Ann Thomas. See you back baby! And why is that? She's the best
00:28thing to have with the music since the Beatles? Maybe. Better than. Big statement! Bigger
00:34than Jesus. Fans Ferdinand. And why is that? My dad's been playing them on guitar since
00:40I was a kid and I just love some of their albums so yeah. Love that! I've already
00:45seen her about Natasha Bedingfield whatever you call her. And what was your
00:49favourite song from her? Umrain. Yeah I feel like that was a crowd favourite wasn't it?
00:53And you? Mine's Raytons later on. Mine's Natasha Bedingfield. Okay so we've got a bit
00:58of a mix and how are you like have you seen the Raytons before? I'm so excited
01:04though. Do you know all their songs? Are you prepared? Kids off the estate the
01:07favourite. Love that. Natasha Bedingfield. And have you just seen her? I have indeed she
01:13was brilliant. And what was your favourite song from her set list? Her last song
01:16Unwritten. Yeah there was quite a good vibe in the crowd wasn't there? Yeah she was
01:20wicked. I haven't seen her live before and she's got an amazing voice she
01:24properly went for it so yeah. You're gonna try and see her again? Yeah I would see her again definitely yeah.
01:28And Buzz to the Raytons. Them are top ten. And why is that? Is it because they're a
01:32local band? Yeah a bit of everything. And Red Smoke and all. I'm a Blade so Red Smoke
01:37got me for kick. Exactly and have you seen them before? Not live no. So it'll be
01:42really exciting. Yeah exactly buzzing for it. Franz Ferdinand and Kasabian as well
01:47tomorrow so I can't wait it'll be good. And why is that? Just some good classic
01:52songs I think like I said you don't get much like indie rock bands anymore so I
01:56think playing at an occasion like this it's good and especially when weather's
01:59nice it's all good. Yeah definitely and did you go to pop last night? I went to
02:03pulp. They were all right. For a Sheffield band I'd think they were good but they're not as
02:08good as they could have been. They were a bit slow in places but it was still good. It was good vibe. Fair enough.
