00:05So, Cinema on the Square returns to Leeds City Centre for four days of open-air film screenings.
00:11Millennium Square is to be converted into a giant outdoor cinema from Thursday to Sunday.
00:16Presented by Leeds International Film Festival, the event includes a line-up of concert films, cool classics from the 80s and 90s and plenty more.
00:26Yorkshire now arrives on Friday with a chance to celebrate all the best things about the region.
00:30A different location is chosen each year to host and this time it's Branford and Ilkley as the city continues to put on events as UK City of Culture.
00:40In politics, ballots open for the Green Party Leadership Contest on Friday with candidates Ellie Chounds and Adrian Ramsey jointly going up against Zach Polanski.
00:50And over in Hull, the Humber Street Sesh returns on Saturday.
00:54The Howl and the Hum will headline the festival which organisers say showcases more than 100 acts.
