00:02And this week's theme on 7 Gymnastics Girls is Tutorials
00:07So we each got to choose our own tutorial
00:10And I decided to show you guys one of my favorite things to do
00:13A high air bath
00:15For this skill you're going to need to stretch out your splits and your bath
00:30The first thing you're going to do is if you're a righty you're going to stand on your right leg
00:47And if you're lefty you'll stand on your left leg
00:50So I'm standing on my right leg and I'm going to bend my left leg and grab with my left arm on my shin
00:59And I'm going to start pulling it up as high as I can
01:10When you're first learning this skill you're probably going to have trouble balancing on one foot
01:15So you can try holding onto somebody's hand or holding onto a chair or anything that you need to keep your balance
01:21You can use this pose for your beam routine and your floor routine
01:28And you want to make sure for the goal for this skill
01:32You want to make sure that you're trying to get your leg all the way extended as far as possible
01:37I recommend trying to practice this in different stages as you go through the skill
01:42Once you master this skill you can try doing it on the beam
02:04For an arm update I just wanted to make sure that you guys know that in a couple of days I'll be getting my cast off
