Palestinians ran to grab bags of flour from a truck in the Zikim area, north of the Gaza Strip as multiple international aid groups warned of spreading hunger across the enclave.
More than 100 largely aid and rights groups, including Mercy Corps, Norwegian Refugee Council and Refugees International, called for governments to take action, demanding an immediate and permanent ceasefire and the lifting of all restrictions on the flow of humanitarian aid.
