00:33Ilang residente namang stranded sa baha sa Metro Manila at sinagip ng Philippine Air Force

00:40Sila ay dinala sa ligtas na evacuation center.

00:44Umalalay din ang disaster response and rescue team ng Philippine Navy,

00:47Naval Installation and Facilities sa pagliligas sa mga binahang residente sa Cavite.

00:53Ayon sa AFP, may higit isang libo pang disaster response teams

00:57ang naka-standby at labindalawang libong tauhan sakaling kailanganin

01:02abang nakahanda rin ang kanilang land, sea at air asset.

01:06Una naman nang inactivate ang EDCA sites

01:08para palawakin pa ang humanitarian assistance and disaster response o HADR operations.

01:15Nilinaw naman ng AFP na hindi kailangang magpaalam ng bansa

01:19sa paggamit ng EDCA sites na nasa mga base militar ng Pilipinas

01:23at dati na rin nagsilbing multi-purpose hub sa mga nagdaang kalamidad.

01:28We do not seek permission but we are coordinating.

01:32All of the EDCA sites, kung kinakailangan magamit sila, they will be used for that.

01:37So they can be used as command and control hubs,

01:39they can be used as repacking areas for relief goods,

01:43or any other purpose that it may deem necessary to use these EDCA sites.

01:47Magtutulungan ang mga tropa ng Armed Forces of the Philippines at US Indo-Pacific Command

01:52sa paggamit ng SHAM na EDCA sites sa Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Ecija, Palawan, Cebu at Cagayan de Oro.
