00:00Do you think the vast majority of Hearts fans will be quite happy with the transfer business done so far?

00:05I know McInnes has been quite vocal about how they're not there yet, and he's still got a few positions that he's targeting,

00:11but on paper, the signings seem to be of a good calibre.

00:17Yeah, and I think they will be, I think because they are.

00:20I mean, we are fond of an unknown signing here in Scotland.

00:25You maybe sign players from domestically and you think, I'm not too sure about that,

00:29but when you sign a guy from abroad and you don't know a lot about him,

00:33then that does seem to spark a wee bit more excitement.

00:36And yeah, I mean, the likes of Claudio Braga doing the big Ronaldo Sioux sort of jump and all that,

00:42and sort of all the kind of hat tricks that come with that, he has looked really good.

00:47And this Jamestown model does seem to bring a good blend.

00:52You have got guys like that that are maybe coming with a bit more flair,

00:54but then you've got guys like Ocean McIntyre and Stuart Finlay who, yeah,

00:58they might not be the most flashy signing, but they kind of complement those guys quite well

01:02and that they're the, if they're young, they're young type thing.

01:06They're quite a good complement for each other.

01:09So I think they will be quite impressed by it.

01:11I think they'll be impressed by the speed of it as well that we've talked about.

01:15A lot of teams that are still trying to get their teams together for the start of the season

01:19and trying to get things in place.

01:21I think Hearts' team on the first day of the season, whatever that 11 is,

01:27won't be far off what the 11 is come the end of May,

01:30which not every Premiership team is going to be in that position.

01:33So that's a credit to the very quick recruitment that has been done.

01:37Probably there's not a lot of places that really need filled at Hearts now.

01:41The only real place that what they kind of need to do now is more exits.

01:46Probably the squad does look quite below me.

01:48You would imagine there would be a few leaving the club.

01:51But I think Hearts fans will be quite pleased with it.

01:55I think they'll be quite pleased that they can see a player trading model starting to emerge.

01:59James Penrice is evidence of that coming in.

02:02Phil Livingston moving on.

02:04And even in January there, the likes of Daniel Law,

02:07you've got to keep moving on for a fee and make a profit.

02:09So I think they can see the long-term vision here.

02:12They're really buying in.
