00:16Before even worrying about how to make money, you need to get the perfect routine in place.
00:20This is just as important and one can't go without the other.
00:24Going to bed early and getting eight hours sleep a night is crucial.
00:27For example, if you're tired and haven't had enough rest,
00:31how are you meant to work at your full potential?
00:33We run our own business and have flexible hours but still get up at 8.15 every day.
00:38For some of you that have work and school, you might even have to get up even earlier,
00:42as early as 5, 6am.
00:44One of our friends Sam gets up every single day at 5am just to go to the gym before hitting an
00:49eight hour shift at work.
00:51So even if you have a full-time job like Sam,
00:53it's no excuse you can still get to the gym in the morning and start your day right.
00:57As soon as you wake up though, one of the hardest things, avoid scrolling on your phone.
01:02Grab something to eat, hop on the train, bus or in the car and head down to the gym.
01:14So every morning we've got parcels to take to the post office.
01:18Even going to the gym myself is difficult, I'm trying to push to go five times a week.
01:22It's not always easy but I definitely feel better for doing it and it's the right start to the day.
01:27Got three orders from this morning heading out now and then straight to the gym and we'll bang our session.

02:18You're probably a teen or a young adult that wants to start making some money and have more freedom.
02:23We're going to be going through a few ways but this is the way we started.
02:26We started making money firstly off doing football YouTube videos in our back garden.
02:30Back then we were getting paid directly from YouTube and countless brand deals.
02:34We know this method isn't for everyone but if you can find a niche with a big enough market that you're extremely passionate about,
02:41prepared to stay very consistent, then it could be for you.
02:44Our parents supported us but we did it completely ourselves so you can't say it's not possible.
02:49I started making football videos when I was 11 years old.
02:51Lonnie would have been 8 or 9.
02:53I posted on YouTube for over a year before I saw my first paycheck.
02:57This really has to come from a relentless passion.
03:00YouTube's one of the hardest socials to get unlocked but we know some of you guys out there are going to make it happen.
03:05These days we still make YouTube, Instagram and now TikTok content.
03:09But our main focus and business we've been working on now for almost 3 years is reselling.
03:14I think it's fair to say this is definitely our favourite method and where we've seen the most success.
03:19We've been buying and selling shoes and clothing on all marketplaces like eBay, Depop, Vinted and our own website 717bros.com.
03:28Our most asked questions is how do you do it, who's your supplier and how can I make money from it?
03:33Particularly the supplier one.
03:34A lot of questions on that.
03:36And I don't blame you guys because it's really really hard to find a good supplier nowadays.

05:19This is something both of us could have got into if we weren't doing it for ourselves.
05:22We're talking YouTube, long form content, short form for Instagram and TikTok and loads of other designing from thumbnails, banners, profile pictures, even promo for events.
05:33Making TikTok clips out of other people's YouTube videos.
05:36The whole time we've been doing social media we've done all of this ourselves but only recently have started outsourcing some of this.
05:42So we first hand can see the opportunity for other people to become editors, clippers, thumbnail designers, full content creators like us.
05:51You can do this at any age with very small startup costs.
05:55If you've got a phone you can get going straight away, you can upgrade later on.
05:59Get started on free platforms like Canva, CapCut and iMovie.
06:03Every resource is out there for you to learn.
06:05Analyze the market and how others are doing it.
06:08Make sure you watch lots of how-to YouTube videos.
06:11And start contacting creators through Instagram and emails.
06:14This is going to be how you're going to get the work in the first place, they're not necessarily going to come to you.
06:18When it's built up that might happen in the future but for now you need to get messaging.
06:23Remember guys, in the evening try to switch off, relax for a bit, get some rest, ready to get straight back on it the next day.
