00:00If you look at what happened during the Biden administration, which is when he entered this
00:21country, was that basically anyone who crossed the border was granted an asylum and given
00:26a notice to appear in court, and he never did.
00:29Never showed up, of course, which happened with millions of individuals who came into
00:33our country.
00:34And that's the task that we now have under the Trump administration, is cleaning up the
00:39ramifications of that invasion of our country.
00:41Remember, people came to this country through an open border and those policies that were
00:47terrorists, suspected terrorists, people who were violent criminals from across the world,
00:53individuals who were emptied out of prisons and mental institutions, and they came to
00:58this country, and Joe Biden and his administration just opened the door and let them flood in.
01:03The individuals that perpetuated this crime and violence against our law enforcement officer
01:08on Saturday night and his friend were two of those exact same type of individuals that
01:14crossed the border under those policies.
01:16They shouldn't have been here.
01:18They had been arrested in the past and released again.
01:21And I'm thankful we have a president now who's not going to allow that to happen anymore.
01:28Yes, sir.
01:31He's an illegal in this country as well.
01:33And so he has been brought in, excuse me, he was detained earlier today and was brought
01:40in.
01:41It's a case that we will continue to work, but he was a part of this robbery on Saturday
01:45night and hopefully he will face full consequences for being a part of that.
01:51He did.
01:52They both entered under the work of our HSI individuals who were able to go out there and
01:59partner with other agencies to bring him in this morning.
