00:16when it comes to the daily grind of snail-paced traffic.

00:19As it turns out, many people going in and out of Gurgaon

00:23spend more time in Ubers than their jobs.

00:25The video that now has more than half a million views

00:28had some saying Gurgaon was like Dubai when compared with Bangalore.

00:31In fact, TomTom, a Dutch travel firm, ranks Bangalore

00:34the third slowest city for the world for travel time in 2024.

00:38For many commuters, travelling from Gurgaon to Noira or Delhi

00:41is a daily reality they cannot ignore.

00:43Heavy rainfall and pockets of barely moving traffic

00:46along this famed commute make many almost numb to traffic.

00:49Or so the internet says.

00:51According to some, Bangaloreans complain about traffic

00:54but for those in Gurgaon, it is simply the norm.

00:56For many, Gurgaon is still better than Bangalore

00:59which is almost synonymous with being the golden standard

01:01for terrible traffic.

01:03Recent years have seen some transformation.

01:05Gurgaon earlier had only two lanes

01:07but now has eight lanes to diverge cars.

01:10But that's still not enough for the choking load

01:12of up to 7,400 vehicles per hour.

01:14Bangalore dwellers also didn't step back.

01:16They added how bad air quality in Gurgaon made the net result worse.

01:20The real debate that gets ignited is whether Gurgaon is developed

01:23beyond Cyber City at all?

01:25And to what extent is the never-ending commute actually worth it?
