00:36example, if he got into literally a criminal situation, something at that level, that's

00:46never happened.

00:48We've been here for a long time and it's never happened.

00:51And that's what's holding up this lease or this contract.

01:00From our vantage point, it's a form of foolishness.

01:07It just ought to get done.

01:10There is no dispute over the money.

01:12It's just a dispute in his mind that I guess if he did something that really deserved punishment,

01:27that he would want the whole contract guaranteed.

01:33And we would want to say, well, it isn't guaranteed if you did something to that level.

01:40In that case, we would step in and take away the guarantee.

01:47Doesn't mean that we couldn't agree to pay it, but we wouldn't be forced to pay it.

01:53I don't want to pay somebody who hypothetically could be in jail for four years at this level

02:01of pay.

02:05And do I think any of that's going to happen?

02:09And that's why I use the word foolishness.

02:12It's in my mind at that level.

02:15We want to get it done.

02:16We want to get him in here and working.

02:18He's a good young guy, and he's someone we think will be important to our team this year.

02:26How high a priority is it for you to get Trey Henderson signed to a new deal or an extension, Trey?

02:35We aren't going to trade Trey.

02:39We're working to get Trey signed as we speak here.

02:44There are guys over in the office working to get that done.

02:51It is the way Trey can be.

02:56We like Trey as a person.

02:58He's a good guy.

02:59But when it comes to these negotiations, and we've been through a few of them with him,

03:05he pushes hard.

03:10He gets emotional.

03:13We never have an easy time of it.

03:17But there's one thing that is consistent.

03:20It always gets done.

03:22And I think this one will.

03:24But we'll see.

03:25I've been proven wrong before, but I'm pretty confident that we'll get there at the end.
