Synopsis: In 1979 London, 14-year-old Shay Baker's life is turned upside down. With his father in the hospital, he's left to take care of his little sister. He finds an escape and a new identity when his estranged mother sends him a cassette tape of The Clash. A chance encounter with the band's magnetic frontman, Joe Strummer (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), leads Shay on an adventure through the city as he tries to reunite with his mother and help his hero get to a secret gig on time. "London Town" is a heartfelt story about family, responsibility, and the power of music to shape a generation.
