00:00Well, look, we've seen the Cundleff review come out today, which has had a huge amount of detail that's been put behind it.
00:04There's 88 recommendations, and we cautiously welcome the recommendations that are within the report,
00:11particularly that around bringing all of those regulators together under one single regulator.
00:17And the reason why we cautiously welcome it is we don't yet know the framework or the level of detail that will sit behind how those regulators are pulled together.
00:25And what we need to make sure is that not only a bill payer is reassured that the level of service that they would expect from their water company still exists and still is improved, but also water quality is improved.
