00:00I think now here with our AFC East preview let's start with this team projected to win 11 and a

00:05half games so you pick the overall the under here and I think this division overall has improved

00:10and I think it's going to be an arduous lane for the Bills to get to where they want to go but

00:16some of the personnel here dictates that they might be on the on their way again but I want

00:21to hear from you Joe let's talk about the Buffalo Bills. Yeah the Bills have been the class of this

00:25division for a while it's conveniently come at the end of the Tom Brady Bill Belichick era and it's

00:30been a good run for them and I think they got to look in the rearview mirror right now because I do

00:35think the Jets are going to be better and the Patriots are going to be much better I don't have

00:39as much hope for the Dolphins we'll get to that in just a second in the Bills schedule wise you know

00:43what's in their favor is that these tough matchups they have you know at times because of the schedule

00:48they have when they're playing Baltimore they're playing Kansas City again they're going to play

00:53the Cincinnati Bengals right some of these tougher teams even the Philadelphia Eagles in week 17

00:58all those games are in their own building so that is a huge huge win all four of those contests

01:05are in Buffalo for them so that's a good situation for that win total I think I would go to 12

01:10on the Buffalo Bills I don't know if I would go to 13 but I think 12 is a pretty good bet here

01:14but look arguably Josh Allen is your number one quarterback he's my number two quarterback this

01:18year in fantasy Josh Allen has been absolutely spectacular the last couple years

01:23he gets fantasy points the hard part is you know we were trying to figure out okay what does Josh

01:28Allen look like without Stefan Diggs and it turned out to be an MVP season for him now I would argue

01:32it was Lamar Jackson's MVP season but as we see every year a guy wins the MVP doesn't win the Super Bowl

01:39it doesn't really happen necessarily so last year 3,700 yards passing 28 touchdowns

01:45he also rushed for 531 yards so I think gone are the days of the 750-760 Josh Allen rushing total seasons

01:55we're probably now in that 500 range which is still good enough to keep him around QB1 he has been QB1

02:011-2-3 of the last five years and the other two he was QB2 about as consistent as you could possibly get

02:08but I do want to just caution everybody the 700 rushing yard seasons are probably a thing of the

02:12past they're going to keep him healthier by keeping him not running quite as much James Cook an incredible

02:18year last year for touchdowns for him a breakout season for James Cook a guy that won folks leagues

02:23will there be touchdown regression probably considering how much touchdown upside there was for him last

02:30season he had 16 rushing touchdowns to receiving so even if that regresses by four or five it's still a

02:36pretty good selection Ray Davis I think one of the more intriguing backups to stash in deeper leagues

02:41and then the wide receiver core it's really tough to get excited here and this is where

02:45again it's kind of like you know we talk about DFS lineups you're just running out Josh Allen without

02:50anybody you can where you put Josh Allen with James Cook because then you're just controlling all the

02:53touchdowns because either he's scoring a touchdown or he's throwing a touchdown or James Cook is rushing

02:58a touchdown uh Khalil Shakir is fine he's steady he's got a good floor he's not a big ceiling guy

03:04Keon Coleman a terrible rookie season can he be better in year two maybe uh he certainly came

03:08clean that he knows what he needs to work on year over year because basically he said I need to improve

03:12on everything and I would agree Keon you need to improve on everything and you better do it fast

03:17uh they brought in Josh Palmer from the Chargers who's never healthy and then you got Kincaid and

03:22Knox so again the surrounding weapons okay the most investable piece here is Josh Allen who you're

03:27probably gonna have to spend an early third round pick if you want to get him
