In a shocking incident in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a driver trying to evade police checking dragged a home guard on the bonnet of his car for nearly 5 kilometres before throwing him off and fleeing.
The incident occurred at Chaupala bridge in Kotwali area when the home guard tried to stop the car during routine checking. To save himself from being crushed, the home guard climbed onto the bonnet, but the driver kept speeding through the city with him clinging on.
The driver finally threw the home guard at Mission Compound and fled. Police are tracing the accused using the car’s registration number. A video of the incident has since gone viral.
