00:00A flight with 250 Venezuelan migrants kidnapped in El Salvador arrived in Caracas Friday as part of the Bolivarian government's Back to the Homeland Plan.
00:08The Venezuelan nationals were welcomed at the capital city's Maiketilla Airport by Vice President Nelson Rodriguez and Minister of Interior Diosdalo Cabello,
00:17who went inside the aircraft to greet the group before the boarding.
00:21In his address to the press at the airport's Tarmac, Cabello informed that in El Salvador the migrants were taken to the aircraft in handcuffs and were shot at with pellets before boarding, injuring some of them.
00:33The high government officials rejected the action and called it a barbaric act on the part of Maggi Pukele's administration.
00:40Cabello also called the United Nations to conduct an investigation about the incident.
