The National Taiwan Normal University soccer coach at the center of an ethics scandal has publicly apologized, saying she failed in her duties as a coach and asked students for forgiveness. Chou Tai-ying is accused of forcing female students to provide blood samples for a research study and threatening to flunk them if they refused.
