National Taiwan Normal University will dismiss a coach who threatened to withhold credits from student athletes unless they gave blood samples to a research project. Chou Tai-ying will be prevented from being hired again for four years.

00:15The school initially suspended her for two years and said that she would be denied future promotions or raises.

00:20But public criticism drove the education ministry to order a review of the case.

00:25Zhou will now be fired from her role and cannot be hired again for four years.
