00:00Politics took an ugly turn in Maharashtra when supporters of two MLAs clashed.
00:15BJP MLA Gopi Chand Padalkar and NCP SP MLA Jitendra Avhad were seen having a verbal spat on Wednesday 16 July.
00:22A day later, their supporters clashed inside Maharashtra's Vidhan Bhavan on Thursday 17 July 2025.

00:33At 12 o'clock on 21st October 1997, the session of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly began.
00:38Suddenly, the well was swarmed with MLAs.
00:43Amid the chaos, a mic was hurled at the chair.
00:46Then, all hell broke loose.
00:48Within minutes, the well of the U.P. Vidhan Sabha became a gladiator pit, with members from both sides using anything and everything against each other,
00:55like missiles including mics, chairs, shoes and even table tops.
01:01The violence was curtailed after 20 minutes.
01:07On 25th March 1989, ex-Tamilnadu Chief Minister Jay Jayalalitha was allegedly assaulted by DMK members.
01:13It all started when then-Tamilnadu Chief Minister Karuna Nidhi, while presenting the budget, got into a verbal spat with AIA DMK's Jay Jayalalitha.
01:21She was allegedly hit with pads and papers.
01:24She later also alleged that a member grabbed her saree and tore it.
01:27However, accounts about this incident vary.
01:29On 7th November 2024, a brawl broke out between BJP MLAs and marshals of the JNK Assembly after the Speaker ordered to remove members who stormed the well.
01:41This happened after repeated disruptions during the proceedings in protest over the special status resolution of the state.
