01:47They send a wrong message

01:49especially to the Filipino people

01:52and even to the former men and women of the armed forces

01:56who served under these retired senior officers.

02:09There are still a few mouthpieces in the Philippines,

02:12Filipino mouthpieces,

02:14that have been speaking out the discourse

02:17or the narrative of the Chinese Communist Party.

02:19This is very unbecoming of a Filipino.

02:21Freedom of expression must be based on truth,

02:24it must be based on fact,

02:26it must be based on the national interest.
