00:32butt implants removed as well hey babies it's Michelle Visage and I know a thing

00:36or two about reversal surgery I had my famous Tig old biddies removed but it

00:41was the toughest decision of my adult life for people in the public eye who

00:45spent their lives chasing perfection can you fix that I hate it

00:51reversal isn't a simple decision I want to go back to what my body was at like 23

00:56I spend so much money and time on plastic surgery it's crazy at least over a

01:01hundred thousand dollars that's why we created the rewind retreat where for the

01:08next two weeks the surgery obsessed we'll be checking in to discover if

01:13they're really ready to let go of the butts god damn both them booties big the

01:18boobs you can't keep those titties and the lips I have no idea what is in my

01:23face that get them attention I look good they'll be challenged to look at

01:27themselves outside show us your idealized image of yourself and in I don't want to

01:35lose myself maybe it just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's something much deeper

01:41but they won't be alone mainly for legal reasons they'll be guided by two experts in

01:46their fields I had Botox three days ago to come my forehead it doesn't move is

01:51that fabulous yeah nothing Wow awesome will they leave their former selves

01:57behind if they rewind you won't believe who's on the other side I really would

02:03love it to be myself again I want to leave my past behind and start a new

02:08chapter

02:12you're like a different person it's life-changing it's a new me

02:21it hasn't been easy I know it even though you're scared to show it don't think even for a moment that

02:39you're here alone when I was growing up that was like the ugly duck that's the true surgery was just

03:28in school and growing up I changed my whole look and plastic surgery has been a big part of my life

03:35coming into this retreat it's gonna be a huge challenge for me I'm gonna find it whether I want

03:42to remove what I've had done or am I gonna keep it the way it is hello darling oh my god yes I'm

04:23something that I should have never even messed in the beginning the second I turned 18 I got my

04:30lips done I've dabbled with under eye filler the under eye filler is making me look older and I

04:44retreat I thank you what is going on I thought this was just a retreat for Kim and I there's others

04:50they look a little crazy I mean I don't feel like my mom and I look that crazy like they definitely need

05:06are all here because you are considering rewinding a cosmetic procedure that you have had in the past

05:12and I am not here to do it thank God please welcome Dr. Terry and Dr. Spirit oh amazing

05:19yay Dr. Terry Dubrow he's the best oh he's so handsome yeah let me tell you something I think

05:28Larissa has the hearts for Dubrow I am shy because I think Dr. Dubrow is handsome shy in my ass

05:36so as you probably know lately we're seeing a trend towards people celebrating their natural beauty

05:49and getting away from a more altered look I'm Dr. Terry Dubrow I'm here to help you with your potential

05:58reversal process I am Dr. Spirit I am your resident body image expert and I will be making sure that

06:06what is happening on the inside aligns with any of the choices that you're thinking about making on

07:47to the right and it's like well I can't help but stare at Larissa's boobs they're double the size

07:51boobs that I have and then Elvis Alan filler is something that I don't think belongs in people's

07:56faces that's how you get so out of control looking like you just gotta have a spaceship I just want to

08:01run to Dr. Dubrow get through this procedure and get out of here let's try this out this is adorable

08:38little bit we're in LA where crazy happens but that's really out there even on a Sunday when

08:44you have nothing going on Sunday's the best day for me that's a real treat day for me like that's

08:49the day of just giving to the Lord and saying Lord is telling me to get a load right what is it

08:55naturally straight ginger straight ginger let's go downstairs and meet Michelle everybody find

09:06their room yeah okay I want to ask you why you're here Alan so I change a lot of my appearances I've

09:15done a bit of Botox got a bit of cheek filler lip fillers and PDO treads and then I went down the

09:20route to get a 360 lipo and a BPO this is my problem you have a needle get me on the bed

09:25right it wasn't a nice experience growing up being bullied for the way I look the way I talk

09:32the way I dress the way I was I was ginger I had spots I was a little bit chubby to change the way

09:40I look so important I dyed my hair black I started to do a little bit more to my face everything

09:46changed for me I do have a really good successful life back at home I do a lot of social media do a

09:52lot of TV everybody in Ireland knows who I am and what are you hoping to I would like to get rid of

09:59the BBL really yeah why because I come from a place really small and everyone knows who I am it's

10:07like that's all they look at is that and I just get really uncomfortable when they're not looking at

10:12my face I feel as if my face has not worked anything if they're looking at my behind don't get me wrong

10:17we all love a compliment and we all like guys or girls hitting on us but I'm just looking for

10:24someone just to see me with this instead of the the big booty I caught Jenny whiny getting it done was

10:32gonna make me find somebody because I've never been in a relationship I've got the attention but it

10:37wasn't the right attention I'm looking for I want to be with someone and have dogs and cats oh that's

10:44lovely well I don't think it's all peaches and cream sweetie so don't get it all twisted 34 years

10:49old and I've never been in a relationship keep that ass and see what happens Larissa why are you here

10:54I'm here because the I did a lot of this flat surgery growing up I was bullied and this really

11:03made me feel very sad kids are very cruel sometimes I always want to look like Kim Kardashian

11:10Pamela Anderson and Nicole Smith people really love beautiful people what have you done life on my

11:19knees knees tummy tucky BBL three times then I remove it and got a butt leaf tea I got a two boobie jobs

11:28fat removal lipo in my chin and I think it's just it ah nose job

11:38oh I also got a six pack so you have a six pack what's the surgery for a six pack what do you mean

11:48vasoliposuction oh that's what it means I always wonder what that meant vasolipo what do you hope

11:56to get out of this I just would like to change completely my lifestyle go back to run go to a

12:03marathon and these boobs and the six packs do not belong at all well it's hard to run with those

12:10it's 1,500 each wait how much no 1500

12:17coming up what are we going to do you'll see for the parts that you're thinking of rewinding

12:27you'll have three options I think this one look smaller what is happening this is a hard task Larissa

12:34you do not have a true picture of what you would look like after reversal what's up with Larissa she

12:41needs to get smaller boobs like they look a mess

12:43well it's hard to run with those it's 1,500 each wait how much no 1500

12:55I'm just confused because my mom's told me about my whole entire life that there is no breast implant

13:01bigger than an 800 Larissa girl I don't know how you looked at those implants and we're like yep

13:07that's the look I'm going for I cannot relate I really would like to be able to go to a pool party

13:14with your family and don't be that person that um what she's doing here oh so you feel like you

13:20stand out in the wrong way in the wrong way also for example I was a country club and the woman was

13:26like doing stripper and I was like no I don't do this but because of the yes physical appearance

13:34people well people judge a book by its cover sadly I can totally understand what she's saying

13:40because when you do see her all you see are her boobs you're not willing to understand her get to

13:45know her so I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit okay Brielle why are you here I'm here

13:52because I'm unhappy with my under eye filler I've gone through so much with this face I've done my lips

13:59countless numbers of times Botox whole new jaw which basically gave me a whole new face what are you hoping to get out of it

14:06hopefully a better softer more natural look I mean like Dr. Dubrow said earlier that's what we're all

14:12kind of going for now right and Kim why are you here well I'm here because I'm going through divorce

14:19and I've had like some weight loss and I'm a small framed person you are teeny yes and so the 10 pounds

14:25has definitely created like some loose skin and I did some contouring thinking that it would like it was

14:31supposed to go under the skin and like tighten it up and like and it did the opposite I've done my

14:35boobs a few times and then I had a tummy tuck I did have filler in my lips I do Botox all the time I

14:41sacrificed my body for six incredible humans so I did a mommy makeover who does this a clown just

14:54because you're a mom doesn't mean you have to let yourself go my mom every morning did her hair did

14:58her makeup her earrings match her shoes and this whole nine yards and she set this really awesome standard an

15:02example for me to take care of myself as well my mom had always said growing up like if I had really

15:08big ears or a really big nose it bothered me or whatever it may have been she would have fixed it

15:13and I've always kind of said the same thing to my girls and what are you hoping to reverse so like I

15:20don't like when my arm is down I would like to just fix this little portion here I had some major

15:24neck surgery last year and created this pretty big scar that pulls the skin we'll see it might not even be

15:29possible Kim the rewind retreat is designed for people wanting to reverse and wanting to go back

15:34it's not a place to just come and get free surgery yeah we have had a long day a long night so we're

15:41gonna send you off to bed now go de-stress de-drag de-whatever it is I have to de-drag so I will see you

17:41picked on I was always you know told that I was this and that I think changing things was a big

17:47priority of my life I think that's why I'm always like conscious of how I look because I was always

17:52judged on how I look that make sense yeah getting all those names queer gay boy or gingerhead firehead

18:00it lives and still lives in me haunts me every single day listen I'm gonna be honest don't read don't

18:07take it out of your ass I'm just gonna tell you that right now it looks amazing I'm gonna go eat so

19:55and she knows it's not but she's not willing to address that and leave him so why and then he

20:00posting me on his stories and all those that girls start to say she's ugly but yeah what if he had

20:06her boobies are ridiculous why do they feel comfortable enough to comment on to her man like

20:11they must not want your man possibly or something or they know him or he them or something a lot of

20:15these extreme plastic surgery decisions like Larissa is based around like low self-esteem so I want

20:21her to set boundaries I think she would attract a way better caliber of a man than she has currently

21:20cheek sitch they all look the same you started with filler I just turned 18 I told her to never

22:06standing in front of you is a larger-than-life version of your actual body and next to you is a bucket of

22:14all of your body parts for the parts that you're thinking of rewinding you'll have three options you

22:22can choose to remain the same you can choose a version that's bigger or more extreme or you can

22:29choose a version that's smaller or less extreme you got it this challenge will tell me if they are

22:37really clear on what a reversal would look like all right are you ready let's go all right this looks

22:47like a really interesting leg oh my god my feet's so big my god why I hate this photo I look like a

22:58chicken a rotisserie chicken it's too much that photo finding the smallest ass in this bucket is the

23:10easiest part and the rest is the hardest I am terrible when it comes to puzzles I'm stressed

23:17still can't get a blow out I need a vodka soda ASAP I'll blow you out anytime I don't even know how to do

23:24left or right never mind put my body together she can hardly get dressed in the mornings why do my

23:32knees look so terrible I guess I need those done before anything Kim I can't with you I should

23:37probably do the knees instead of the arms what is happening mom please just look at how thin these

23:49throw those on the ground next those are going in the we don't want you bucket this is a hard task

23:57everything looks the same I can't figure it out this is probably one of the hardest things I've ever

24:02done like these all look so similar to me that it's hard for me to get the ideal cheeks I could not

24:10figure out which one was overfilled or underfilled and I think that's a big problem if I can't tell the

24:16difference then there's clearly a problem like what the how do I not see that lips were definitely

24:22easy to tell are these your current lips I hope your current lips are your ideal lips I do like them

24:28look out there's a boobs it's difficult I think this one look smaller

24:34Kim's got a handful of necks they all look exactly the same I mean what I'm hoping for is to have

24:44absolutely no lines and no scar so what I hear you're saying is that none of these are good

24:48enough you keep working on that hello hi how do we look tell me about this breast size I think it

24:59they go smaller you should be out what that would run feel very happy okay we'll talk more about it

25:04so I'll let you in on a secret these are not smaller breasts clearly Larissa's perspective is off

25:26take a look at some of those old versions of you and think I was just fine just the way I was never I

25:32honestly don't know if I'm prepared to be Alan McGarry without all the enhancements just want you to

25:40think about it yeah okay okay thank you mm-hmm can you come look at my arms and how odd they look

25:47what's next did you go real all of them look terrible this puzzle stuff is really throwing me for a

25:54loop these necks all look the same like what am I missing this is why I'm not a plastic surgeon

25:58okay so Alan tell me a little bit about what you chose so I chose to go a little bit smaller with

26:05the bum mm-hmm and then obviously smaller with the lips and obviously the cheeks also okay well you're

26:11right you in fact did choose all three smaller parts so Larissa in looking at your changes I noticed

26:20that you chose a lesser sculpted stomach and larger breasts was that your intention no that's no way that

26:34was a biggie I can't believe that because that looks so small to me I noticed that you chose larger breasts

26:52was that your intention no could it be that because for years you've been so obsessed with achieving this

27:00body shape that you're not able to recognize yourself with more normal proportions yeah it's good food

27:07for thought I don't have an idea anymore what size and I really cannot be trusted Brielle you chose larger lips

27:18and larger cheeks I think that looks like my lips for real like actually they are a little bit bigger are

27:29they yeah I'm confused as to how I got my lips wrong clearly I don't know what my lips look like and

27:34maybe I need to go get more lip filler I don't know Kim now you chose firmer larger arms we chose larger

27:42cheeks but the thing that's most interesting out of all of this to me is that you actually chose a

27:47more wrinkled neck are you oh so you look better than that there was not one neck I wanted ah so is it

27:55possible then just perhaps that there's nothing wrong with the neck that you have now no just

28:01kidding just think about it no I definitely think what do you think yeah it looks way better this

28:06way right your neck is beautiful Kim Zolciak thank you it's really weird that I would pick a much older

28:11neck than what I currently have I think what is going to be really great here is kind of getting to

28:15the root of everybody's kind of issue help us kind of get down to the nitty-gritty of like really why are

28:21we wanting to do these things and maybe it just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's something much

28:25deeper I want to thank you guys for giving me the opportunity to get to learn just a little bit more

28:31about you today some of you perceive flaws that no one else can see some of you do not have a true

28:38picture of what you would look like after a potential reversal I hope it's giving you some food

29:37more surprised that I got my boob size wrong during the challenge today I got us my first surgery I was

29:45doing 90 day so after God my boobs and my nose and say oh this is amazing like I won in the lottery

29:53to be successful to get a good partner I feel like it's all about how you look I decided to

30:02increase my implants I make money only fans and I thought well bigger boobies is gonna make more

30:08money and I thought what can go wrong when I started to make money only fans are not gonna lie

30:15I was very happy but to make the big money you need to do a lot and then we start to

30:23realize oh my god I'm getting deeper and deeper and I don't want to do this anymore it's like quicksand

30:29what do you show on your only fans I show sexy videos sexy photos do you show everything yeah if you did

30:38reverse how is that gonna you know benefit you in the long run so maybe they will not like the reverse but

30:46I'm in my foot out yeah I feel a kind of suffering from body dysmorphia you never are satisfied for

30:55who you are you always want to increase you always want more why want to change so it's not about the

31:01body is about the mind so how your mind right now you are like more inclined to do or not Kim has been

31:11telling me like you know and Brielle has been saying like no like I want what you have so like

31:16I'm 50 50 um okay I talked to Alan this morning oh I was telling him about his ass and how he should

31:24just leave it alone I think it looks great a hundred percent it almost seems like somebody made him feel

31:29insecure about it or something what's up with Larissa and her man I don't know I just think she has a low

31:34self-esteem and she needs to just go ahead and drop that dead weight I agree she needs to get a

31:39backbone of her own and she needs to get smaller boobs that people take her a little bit more

31:42serious I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit like I'm not trying to talk I love

31:46our new friends but like they look a mess people's like I just like work from one end to the other

31:54I think I could keep we could keep this look for years of course but we need to live this life is

32:01now exactly I think we both have a lot to think about coming up is Kim Zolciak gonna be okay with a

32:11scar in her armpit dissolver can sometimes dissolve not only the filler you had put in but your own

32:17natural hyaluronic acid it can it can yeah it's not good I don't like Elvis Presley gone wrong maybe

32:34or Elvis Presley dead either or I don't something in my hair I'm ready for today now Alan embraces their

33:00my consultation room so how are you I'm good good to spend time with your mom right lucky to have her

33:06here with me yeah yeah I'm glad we both like need some help together oh god what are we doing what

33:15are we doing we're here for you so you've had some procedures yeah right right and you've been happy

33:23with most of them yes all of them but I feel like my skin isn't as tight so I tried to do some contouring

33:29so I want to talk to you about your journey so I can really understand what you want to reverse and

33:36how I can help you you started with filler yeah so what age were you I had just turned 18 when I first

33:44got my lips done wow yeah I graduated high school and the second I graduated my mom took me to LA and I

33:52got my lips done by the doctor everybody was getting their lips done at the time and there was no hesitation

33:57from the doctor doing it someone who's 18 right no it was like get in the chair let's go doctors

34:02who do filler on young people really should think twice because at the end of the day filler can

34:07actually make a young person look significantly older you had some put in the cheeks yes just like

34:13a something she did here I told her to never do that under her eyes and she did it anyway yeah so she

34:19regrets that maybe she does and you regret her doing that yes but you know sometimes you got to let them go

34:25and learn on their own even though I was like please don't yeah are we happy with that at first I was and

34:32now it's so puffy here and here but I feel like especially this side I think one side is definitely

34:40more full than the other so you grew up in an environment where people around you were having

34:46plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements yeah how aware were you about sort of any enhancements your mom

34:52was doing I was always going with her to her doctor's appointments I feel like she was mostly

34:57getting every laser you could think of to remain youthful so then every month I'm like oh I need to

35:03go get my lips done filler became like going and getting like a diet coke you know it just became

35:08hair and nails yeah the under eye filler just became like uh insecurity that I didn't even know I really had

35:16I grew up on tv since I was 10 years old y'all want to sing happy birthday to her this is the

35:23person I wanted smile what the heck is wrong with you y'all make me smile and everything my mom was always

35:29going to get botox and lip filler and watching my mom go through this kind of just made it seem like

35:35normal and next time you see me I'll have a new set of titties I get hit up by tons of doctors for free

35:45surgeries free injections social media is my job I know what I have to do post it on social media and

35:52gain a following anything I saw that I felt like I could go fix I would go and I would fix it so here

35:59you are see look at me damn that is not yeah filler is not a no-brainer you know it's not just you put

36:07in if you don't like it dissolve it go away and everything's fine oh really so this is going to be a
