00:00The legend around him in these parts has been growing for a long, long time.
00:25Rory obviously is a local hero around here, and rightly so.
00:29And he has been probably since he shot, I think he shot 61 here as a kid, didn't he?
00:43He is an incredibly talented young man.
00:47I've been able to play with him.
00:48I played with him in his very first win on the European Tour in Dubai.
00:51I was paired up in the first two days, and I saw it then, when he was 19 years old.
00:59I'm definitely a better player, I feel, than the player that won some of those tournaments and some of those majors.
01:19I feel like I'm a much better player now than I was in 2011 and 2012, when I was able to win a couple of majors.
01:25Rory, who has this unbelievable talent, there's something wrong, and I don't profess to know what it is.
01:31But I still put it down to the mind, because I know the mind is at Wooden's golf tournament.
01:37I look back on that day, just like I look back on some of my toughest moments in my career, and I'll learn a lot from it.
01:52And I'll hopefully put that to good use, and it's something that's been a bit of a theme throughout my career.
01:59I've done something that I've told everyone that I wanted to do.
02:12It's like I still feel like I have a lot more to give.
02:15I mean, it's pretty obvious the two big things left this year is this tournament and the Ryder Cup.
02:20I'll see you next time.
02:21Bye.
