00:11I think he's terrible.
00:13I think he's a total stiff.
00:15But the one thing I didn't see him as a guy that needed a palace to live in.
00:20You talk to the guy, it's like talking to nothing.
00:23It's like talking to a chair.
00:25No personality, no high intelligence, no nothing.
00:28But the one thing I would have never guessed is that he would be spending two and a half billion dollars to build a little extension onto the Fed.

00:38Nobody's ever seen it.
00:39I think it sort of is.
00:40Because if you look at his testimony to the House or the Senate, you take a look at the testimony, it's under earth.
00:49That whole thing is, he's not, you know, he's not talking about the problem.

00:54Two and a half billion.
00:55And that's two and a half billion now.
00:57That's going to be a lot more money than two and a half billion to expand.
01:02And with all of that, to house thousands of people to give him information.
01:06And yet, out of the 71 economists, and they included me, me and one other person got it right.

01:15And one other genius got it right.
01:18They had everybody else was wrong.
01:2069 were wrong.
01:21And two were right.
01:22And I was one of them.
01:23And I don't have a lot of people.
01:25I have hours.
01:26I have Doug.
01:27I have a few people.
01:29He has thousands of people.
01:31And he got it wrong.
01:33No, I think when you spend two and a half billion dollars on really a renovation, I think it's pretty disgraceful.
