00:26kasama ang Foreign Minister na si His Excellency, Sayyid Albusaydi.

00:31Nakapulong nila ang mga nasa business sector at maging ang mga government officials ng lalawigan ng Cebu.

00:37Ipinagbigay alam ng Bansang Oman ang interes nitong mapalakas ang ugnayan ng Bansang Pilipinas, lalo na ang mga negosyante.

00:45Today, we stand at the crossroads of opportunity.

00:51Beyond the manpower relations that have long defined our partnership,

00:58we now open our arms to the business communities and investors of both our nations.

01:09Oman, with its strategic location in the northwest Indian Ocean,

01:15at the crossroads of the Arabian Peninsula, East Africa and South Asia,

01:21offers a gateway to markets of over 2 billion people.

01:34ang kanikiniang mga business opportunities sa industriya ng turismo,

01:38manufacturing, logistics, real estate, renewable energy at maging sa information technology.

01:44See, Oman has a role to play because in any case, Cebuano workforce is global, right?

01:51They may be in other skilled areas, but I think the ITBPM is the one that's dominant at this point of time.

02:01Opportunities of internship, opportunities to work in Oman,

02:04opportunities of outsourcing work from Oman to Philippines, to Cebu, are humongous.

02:09You know, it can be in the case of contact centers, it can be in terms of data analytics,

02:14it can be in terms of cyber security.

02:17Opportunities are endless because you have a very, very able and skilled workforce.

02:25You are innovative, you have potential in agriculture,

02:32in the field of food security in general, in healthcare.

02:37And of course, the infrastructure, we have potential in renewable energy.

02:50na ngayon may two-week visa-free visit para sa mga turistang Pilipino.

02:56They have a lot of natural resources, they have wadis, oasis, they have lots of ruins.

03:04And so, these are the places that you would never get tired of.

03:08So, even if I spent almost 20 days in Oman for the past two years,

03:14we have only gone to the tip.

03:17You know, I feel like there's so much more for us to explore, so much more for us to discover.

03:22And Oman is really a destination that for me, Filipinos can enjoy how many times a year.
