00:07I'd make our allies, forgetting about the enemies, the enemies you can't talk to so easily.

00:12I'd make our allies pay their fair share.

00:14We're a debtor nation.

00:16Something's going to happen over the next number of years with this country,

00:18because you can't keep going on losing $200 billion,

00:21and yet we let Japan come in and dump everything right into our markets and everything.

00:26It's not free trade.

00:27If you ever go to Japan right now and try to sell something, forget about it open.

00:31Just forget about it.

00:32It's almost impossible.

00:33They don't have laws against it.

00:35They just make it impossible.

00:36They come over here.

00:37They sell their cars, their VCRs.

00:39They knock the hell out of our companies.

00:41And, hey, I have tremendous respect for the Japanese people.

00:44I mean, you can respect somebody that's beating the hell out of you,

00:47but they are beating the hell out of this country.

00:49Kuwait, they live like kings.

00:51The poorest person in Kuwait, they live like kings.

00:54And yet they're not paying.

00:55We make it possible for them to sell their oil.

00:57Why aren't they paying us 25% of what they're making?
