The Nicolae Iorga School in Oldbury was named after Nicolae Iorga, former prime minister of Romania and one of the first diplomats to open a Romanian School abroad, and works to promote Romanian values and combat stereotypes about the Romanian-speaking community through issues of social injustice and cultural and networking activities, as well as community development.
