01:06Um, so when I'm at home with them, I'm not doing anything that's work related.

01:10Um, my contract, as you mentioned, says nine to five.

01:13So after five, I'm unavailable.

01:16Did you, did you want to see the contract?

01:18No, I don't need you to show me your contract.

01:20Um, how do we fix this?

01:22Because I, we need to be able to contact you.

01:25There's always a solution.

01:26So you can provide me a company cell phone and pay me from five to midnight.

01:31I don't assume that you're going to have to contact me after midnight.

01:34Um, and I will be more than happy to be available, but I will need my same salary from five to

01:38midnight as well as the company cell phone.

01:40We can't do that.

01:41We can't pay you indefinitely and we can't provide a cell phone.

01:45Um, it's more of sort of being a team player, if that makes sense.

01:49I'm sure it makes sense to someone, but I'm available nine to five.

01:53You can pay me for my time after that if you need me to be available, but no, I'm not giving

01:56up time with my family, my alone time.

01:58I'm not giving up my time outside of this office to you for any, for anything.

02:03So, um, I am a team player from nine to five Monday through Friday.
