00:06High Court के order में जो लिखा है उसका आदेश का पूरी तरह हम भी सम्मान करते हैं.

00:11पर उस order को legally challenge करना under Article 136 of Constitution of India हमारा भी legal right है.

00:17Producers ने हमें instructions दीए हैं to file the SLP.

00:20We have filed the SLP, we trust the judiciary.

00:24Maybe if the order of the Honorable High Court itself gets stayed, then the movie also gets released.

00:35Sir High Court के फैसले को आपने challenge किया है, अपने petition में क्या मान किया है?

00:40Petition में हमने मान करी है that the order of the Honorable High Court which has stayed the release of the movie Udaipur Files,

00:47that order needs to be set aside and we have requested, we have prayed from the Supreme Court to grant release of this movie.

00:57फिलाल हम लोगोंने filing करी है, आज सीने अड़ोकेट गौरव भाटिया ने producer की तरफ से ये matter mention किया है,

01:04court ने ये कहा है कि, औरली observe किया है कि एक या दो दिन में ये matter court में list हो जाएगा,

01:11तो जब ये matter list होगा, तब accordingly detailed arguments होगे और तभी पता चलेगा कि Supreme Court का इस मामले पर क्या फैसला होता है.

01:18Sir, grounds detail में हमने petition में लिखे हुए है, ऐसे अभी मामला सब जूडेस है, तो उस पे comment करना ठीक नहीं होगा,

01:30therefore I am just refraining myself to comment anything over national media regarding the legal grounds that we have taken,

01:37I can only tell you the prayer that we have, since the Honorable High Court has provided a stay on the release of the movie,

01:43we are seeking that the movie be released.

01:48तब तक High Court का order भी करना हो सकता था, क्योंकि दो दिन में उनको, वो दो दिन बीच चुका है,

01:55आगे एक हफ्ते में decision लेना है, गौर्वर्मेंट को, तो उस High Court का order का इंतजार करना चाहिए था?
