00:37at a Coles supermarket 150 kilometres from Mr Williams' home.
00:44The pensioner is representing himself in seeking more than $300 million in damages.
00:50Mr Williams is claiming NAB failed to use its fraud detection protocols
00:54and failed to conduct a fair and transparent investigation.

01:08NAB has made repeated offers to Mr Williams to settle the matter,
01:12including paying him back the full amount.
